What is the cutting tolerance?

Cut lengths are held within plus or minus 2 millimetres. The exact tolerance is stated on each product page.

Can I get a material certificate?

Yes. The 3.1 inspection certificate is available for every reference and can be downloaded from your order once it has shipped.

Standard bars are 6 metres long. Longer lengths depend on the profile and are quoted by your agency.

Every reference of this range states its profile, section and grade. Two points help you pick the right one.

A designation gives the profile, the section in millimetres and the grade. Compare the section with the load to carry before choosing the grade.

Hot-rolled bars keep a raw finish suited to welding and painting. Drawn bars offer tighter tolerances for machined parts.
